Hadith 24
The Book of Zakah

It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed said:
The Messenger of Allah said: "No Sadaqah is due on less than five Awaq."
ARABIC
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ الأَوْدِيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ
