Hadith 60
The Book of Marriage
ENGLISH
It was narrated from 'Imran bin Husain that the Messenger of Allah said:
"There is no 'bringing', no 'avoidance' and no Shighar in Islam, and whoever robs, he is not one of us."
ARABIC
أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ وَلاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
