The Book of Horses, Races and Shooting
ENGLISH
It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Omens are only in three things: a woman, a horse or a house."
ARABIC
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
الشُّؤْمُ فِي ثَلاَثَةٍ الْمَرْأَةِ وَالْفَرَسِ وَالدَّارِ
