Hadith 1
The Book of 'Umra
ENGLISH
It was narrated from Zaid bin Thabit that the Messenger of Allah said:
"'Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir."
ARABIC
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ
