The Book of Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money
ENGLISH
Abu Salamah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
"If a person's relative is killed." In Mursal form. (Shah)
ARABIC
أَخْبَرَنَا { أَحْمَدُ بْنُ، } إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ عَائِذٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - هُوَ ابْنُ حَمْزَةَ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
مَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ
