The Chapters on Legal Punishments

It was narrated from Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ.) said:
“Do not cut off (the thief's hand) except for something worth one quarter of a Dinar or more
ARABIC
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَرْوَانَ الْعُثْمَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عَمْرَةَ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
لاَ تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ إِلاَّ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا
