The Chapters on Jihad
ENGLISH
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“There should be no prizes for racing except races with camels and horses.”
ARABIC
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ، - مَوْلَى بَنِي لَيْثٍ - عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
لاَ سَبَقَ إِلاَّ فِي خُفٍّ أَوْ حَافِرٍ
