Hadith 62
Wedlock, Marriage (Nikaah)
ENGLISH
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Did you get Anmat?" I said, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ! From where can we have Anmat?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Soon you will have them (Anmat).
ARABIC
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هَلِ اتَّخَذْتُمْ أَنْمَاطًا ". قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَأَنَّى لَنَا أَنْمَاطٌ. قَالَ " إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ ".
