Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "(Death from) plague is martyrdom for every Muslim."
ARABIC
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، حَدَّثَتْنِي حَفْصَةُ بِنْتُ سِيرِينَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ لِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَحْيَى بِمَا مَاتَ قُلْتُ مِنَ الطَّاعُونِ. قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
الطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ
