Narrated [Ibn 'Umar (RA)]:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade selling or giving away the right of inheritance from a freed slave. [Agreed upon].
ARABIC
وَعَنْهُ; { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلْوَلَاءِ, وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ [1] .
