Muslim has:
"A Muslim must not offer a price above that offered by another Muslim."

وَلِمُسْلِمٍ: { لَا يَسُمِ اَلْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى سَوْمِ اَلْمُسْلِمِ } [1] .
