Marriage

Narrated 'Ali (RA):
The dowry should not be less than ten Dirhams. [ad-Daraqutni reported it as Mawquf (saying of a Companion, i.e. 'Ali). Also, its chain of narrators is questionable].
ARABIC
وَعَنْ عَلَيٍّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ : { لَا يَكُونُ اَلْمَهْرُ أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ } . أَخْرَجَهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ مَوْقُوفًا , وَفِي سَنَدِهِ مَقَالٌ [1] .
