Marriage
ENGLISH
It was established that no maintenance is due (to a woman who was divorced with three pronouncements) in the Hadith of Fatimah (RA) daughter of Qais, which has preceded. [Reported by Muslim].
ARABIC
وَثَبَتَ نَفْيُ اَلنَّفَقَةِ فِي حَدِيثِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ [1] .
