Hadith 1177
Crimes (Qisas or Retaliation)
'Imran bin Al-Husain (RAA) narrated that A slave of some poor people cut off the ear of another slave belonging to some rich people. They came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) but he appointed no compensation for them.’ Related by Ahmad and the three Imams with a sound chain of narrators.
وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ غُلَامًا لِأُنَاسٍ فُقَرَاءَ قَطَعَ أُذُنَ غُلَامٍ لِأُنَاسٍ أَغْنِيَاءَ, فَأَتَوا اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهُمْ شَيْئًا. } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَالثَّلَاثَةُ, بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ [1] .
