al-Bukhari has reported from the Hadith of 'Aishah (RA):
(Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said) "If anyone vows to disobey Allah, then he must not disobey Him."

وَلِلْبُخَارِيِّ: مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ: {
وَمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْصِيَ اَللَّهَ فَلَا يَعْصِهِ
