The Book of Virtue, Enjoining Good Manners, and Joining of the Ties of Kinship

ENGLISH

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

When any one of you fights with his brother, he should not slap at the face.

ARABIC

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، سَمِعَ أَبَا، أَيُّوبَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

‏ إِذَا قَاتَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ فَلاَ يَلْطِمَنَّ الْوَجْهَ ‏
