Hadith 1610

Musnad Abu Ishaq Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas

ENGLISH

It was narrated from Mus"ab bin Sa"d that his father said:

A Bedouin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: O Prophet (ﷺ) of Allah, teach me some words to say. He said: “Say: "There is no God but Allah alone, with no partner or associate; Allah is most great, much praise be to Allah, glory be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds, there is no power and no strength except with Allah, the Almighty, Most Wise.” He said: This is for my Lord; what is there for me? He said: "Say: ‘O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me and grant me provision.”
