Musnad of Sa'eed bin Zaid bin 'Amr bin Nufail
ENGLISH
It was narrated from Sa"eed bin Zaid bin "Amr bin Nufail that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say:
“Whoever steals a handspan of land, his neck will be encircled with it down through seven earths.” Ma"mar said: I heard that az-Zuhri - although I did not hear it from him - added to this hadeeth: "And whoever is killed defending his property is a martyr.”
