Musnad of 'Abdullah bin al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib from the Prophet
ENGLISH
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Muslims killed a mushrik man on the day of al-Khandaq, and they sent an envoy to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), offering a ransom for his body. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “It is evil; an evil ransom and an evil body. Let them take it.”
