Musnad of 'Abdullah bin al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib from the Prophet

It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that
The Prophet (ﷺ) drew up a covenant between the Muhajireen and Ansar: “They will pay their diyah and ransom their prisoners on the basis of the kindness and justice common among the Muslims.”
