Hadith 28
Hajj

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that the Messenger of Allah, (ﷺ), said, "There are five trespassers that can be killed in the Haram:
rats and mice, scorpions, crows, kites and wild dogs."
ARABIC
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
