The Chapters On Judgements From The Messenger of Allah

Narrated Samurah:
that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The neighbor of a home has more right to the home."

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ
