Funerals (Kitab Al-Jana'iz)

Narrated Ubadah ibn as-Samit:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The best shroud is a lower garment and one which covers the whole body, and the best sacrifice is a horned ram.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ حَاتِمِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نُسَىٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
خَيْرُ الْكَفَنِ الْحُلَّةُ وَخَيْرُ الأُضْحِيَةِ الْكَبْشُ الأَقْرَنُ
